Scott Forrest Livingston

Scott Livingston, 32, of Houston passed away peacefully in his sleep at his residence following a long battle with T1-diabetes. He was born on November 12, 1988 in Austin Texas.

Scott attended Lago Vista and Boling Schools and received his GED from WCJC.

He was a people person, never meeting a stranger. He loved to make you smile, was a true and loyal friend of which he had many. Scott enjoyed water skiing, wake boarding and going to the beach. Growing up part time on Lake Travis and part time close to the Gulf, he loved anything to do with being around water.

He loved to collect things and spend time with his daughter and his Meme. Scott was a member of Grace Community Fellowship. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Flora Lee and Forrest Livingston.

Left to mourn his loss are his daughter, Kara’Lyn Faith Livingston, his parents, Janet Hobizal and husband, Michael and Scott Livingston and wife, Shannon Zieschang, siblings, Brooke Walker, Cody Cunningham, David Acosta and wife, Bethany Gordon, Brandan Walker and wife, Sierra, Jacob Walker and step brother, Mitchell Hobizal and wife, Allie, grandparents, Carolyn Henry and Bill Barrett, niece, Evalyn Rose Walker, nephews, Dustin Walker, Jax Walker, Liam Hobizal and Graham Hobizal, Aunts and Uncles John and Kelly Barrett and Karan and Michael Cowan, Special friends Katie Jurasek and Janie (Jin) Roberts and numerous cousins and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Wharton Funeral Home with Mark Herridge officiating. Visitation will begin at 10 am for the public at the Wharton Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers are Cody Cunningham, David Acosta, Brandan Walker, Jacob Walker, Justell Adamson, John Spacek, Tye Lumbojacky, and Alex Gonzales with Mitchell Hobizal serving as honorary pallbearer.
