Sandra Barnhart, 75, of Newgulf passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on February 6, 1947, in Des Moines, Iowa to the late Chester and Mary Haag Caldwell.

Sandra was raised in Iowa and completed her education there. In May, 1966 she married James Barnhart in Hydesville, CA. They settled into the Boling/ Newgulf area in 2008. Sandra enjoyed playing Bingo, dancing, crocheting, crafts and decorating for all occasions, oil painting watching her grandchildren and most of all she loved her family.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, James Barnhart, two sons Edwin Barnhart and Gerald Barnhart of Boling, two daughters, Kimberly Ann Lorenzen and husband, Marc of Boling, and Robin Rodriguez and husband, Roddy of Pledger, three sisters, two brothers, ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Following cremation, a celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
