 Pedro Gutierrez, age 102 was born on March 14th 1922 in San Fernando Tamp Mexico he was called home on August 10th 2024. He was a long time resident in Wharton County. In his younger days he would travel to different states picking cotton then he worked for the City of Wharton where he later retired. Pedro leaves behind his daughter Mary Gutierrez of Lane City, brother Andres Gutierrez and wife Mary of Houston. He Loved all his 11 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his wife of 61 years Guadalupe Munoz Gutierrez and his two sons John Gutierrez and Ruben Gutierrez.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday August 16th 2024 at Wharton Funeral Home between 5-8pm.
