Patrice Montgomery, age 65, of Hungerford, Texas passed away peacefully on October 15, 2026, at her home in Hungerford surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 21, 1961, in Texas City to the late Reuben and Joan Bear Montgomery.

Patrice lived a simple life filled with love and joy, she cherished her family and was a devout Christian. She loved going shopping for Bibles, backpacks and jewelry. She loved going to church, spending time with family and listening to Elvis’ songs. Patrice held a special spot in her heart for Jesus, Praising and honoring Him with her life.

She is survived by her sisters, Rebecca Martinez of Hungerford and Jone Maldonaldo and husband, Jerry of Wharton, brother, Daniel Montgomery, Sr. and wife, JoAnn of East Bernard, nieces and nephews, Ashley Collins and husband, Scotty, Abigail Pospisil, Summer Housos and husband, Nikolaus, Joseph Pospisil and wife, Bree, Kate Matthews, Joshua Matthews, Samantha Whalen and husband, Curtis, Daniel Montgomery, Jr. and wife Jessey, Kayla Montgomery, Faith Montgomery; Charles King and wife, Katrina, Michael King and wife Samantha; and Agustina Arias and husband, Vincent along with numerous great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on October 31st at 10:00 am at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Wharton, TX.
