Madeline Cox Delaney

In Loving Memory of Madeline Cox Delaney January 25,1989 – July 11, 2025 Madeline Cox Delaney, lovingly known as “Maddi,” went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 11, 2025. She was 36 years old. 

Madeline was a vibrant soul whose warmth and compassion left a lasting impact on everyone she met. Her love for others was evident in the countless friendships she nurtured and the quiet acts of kindness she offered to those in need. Madeline was a devoted wife & mother. She adored her son, Wyatt beyond measure. She cherished every moment with him and took immense pride in watching him grow into the person he is today. 

She is preceded in death by her beloved sister, Natalie, whom she missed dearly and often spoke of with affection; her husband, Jeffrey Delaney; her stepmother, Nancy Cox; her maternal grandparents, W.R. and Dorothy Roden; and her paternal grandparents, David and Ann Cox. 

Madeline is survived by her cherished son, Wyatt Cox; her loving mother, Alicia Cox; and her father, David Cox. She is also survived by her stepsister, Missy Krause, and stepbrother, Dustin Hodges, In laws Cathy and Alan Immenhauser; brother & sister in law Ronnie Delaney, and Ashlea Lee & several neices and nephews. She also leaves behind countless family members and friends. 

A celebration of Madeline’s life will be held at Caney Creek Church 118 W Milam St.in Wharton, TX, with a graveside service at Evergreen Memorial. The service will be held Saturday, July 26 at 10:00 am.
