Javier Velazquez Medina passed into the arms of the Lord on March 22^nd, 2019 in Wharton, TX. He was born June 7^th, 1972 in Mexico to Reinando Velazquez Ramos and Angela Medina Aviles.

He was a hard worker, an avid jokester who loved to spend time with his family, and watching TV.

He is survived by his mother, Angela Medina, sisters, Sandra Velazquez Medina, and Elizabeth Velazquez Medina; Brother, Luis Velazquez Medina; and Aunt Maria Bernard Perez

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mt Carmel on Saturday April 6th at 10:00am with Father Antonio Perez officiating.  The Rite of Committal and Burial will follow at Wharton Cemetery.
