Frank Ramirez

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Francisco “Frank” Ramirez, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, who departed this life on January 11, 2026, in Rosenberg, Texas. Born on January 17, 1946, in New Gulf, Texas, Francisco's journey through life was marked by love, dedication, and resilience.

Frank was a proud veteran of the United States Army, attaining the rank of Specialist 4. His service to his country was a testament to his unwavering commitment and sense of duty. Following his military career, he found fulfillment in his work as a mail carrier and insurance agent, building lasting relationships with those around him.A man of many passions, Francisco found joy in golf, gambling, and fishing, but his greatest love was always his family. He cherished every moment spent with his wife, Anna Ramirez, and his children: Rebecca Lewis, Belinda Whitley, Frank Ramirez, and Javier Ramirez. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lucy Acosta.

Frank is also survived by his loving wife, Anna Ramirez of Rosenberg; children, Rebecca Lewis and husband Eddie of New Braunfels, Belinda Whitley and husband, Jerry of Lake Jackson; Frank A Ramirez and wife Michelle of San Antonio and Javier Ramirez of Needville; sisters, Maria Ramirez and Sonia Leisman and husband, John, grandchildren: Matthew Ramirez, Iliana Ramirez, Daniel Garcia, III, Allison Garcia, Deanne Garcia, Trace Whitely, Trenton Whitley and Triniti Whitley; Joshua Ramirez, Miley Ramirez, Jaxon Ramirez and Malin Ramirez; great grandchildren, Jazmynn, Ryleigh, Ellitte, Ziyah and Jayden. Along with numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 10 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church with Rev. Antonio Perez celebrating. Visitation with the family will follow at Wharton Funeral Home from 12 noon until 4pm.
