Eloise “Weezy” Lewis, a cherished presence in the lives of all who knew her, peacefully passed away on June 30, 2026, in Hillje, Texas, at the remarkable age of 100. Born on October 29, 1925, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Eloise lived through a century of profound changes, love, challenge, and boundless joy—a life generously shared with her family and friends.

Eloise’s story radiates warmth and kindness. Known by her loved ones as “Weezy,” she brought light and laughter into every room. Her journey began in Pine Bluff, where she grew up surrounded by the values of resilience and compassion that would shape her life. In every chapter, Eloise was a devoted spouse, a nurturing mother, and an adoring grandmother and great-grandmother—her family was always her heart.

She is survived by her devoted spouse, Chuck, whose steadfast companionship was a wellspring of comfort and joy throughout the decades they shared. Eloise was the beloved mother of Mindy Finley, who carries her mother’s gentle spirit forward, and she is fondly remembered as “Mom” by her late daughter, Genny Albarado, whose memory continues to live on in the hearts of those she left behind.

As a grandmother, Eloise’s pride and affection knew no bounds. She delighted in the lives of her grandchildren: Tina Skow (and her spouse Eric), Chris Triola (and spouse Faith), Jay Finley (and spouse Trey), Darline McMahon (and spouse Troy), Troy Albardo, and Holly Triola. Each grandchild, in turn, was touched by Weezy’s wisdom, stories, and her ever-welcoming embrace.

Her legacy of love and laughter shines through her great-grandchildren: Ethan Triola (and spouse Astrid), Ben Skow (and spouse Ava), Bailey Triola, Mia Triola, Michaela Finley, Skylar Finley, and Jett. Weezy’s influence will echo on through their lives, as they remember her wit, her hugs, and the sparkle in her eyes when the family gathered.
