Beatrice Saucedo Cano

Beatrice Saucedo Cano September 12, 1942 ~ January 19, 2024 Beatrice Cano, age 81, passed away January 19, 2024, at a local nursing center. She was born on September 12, 1942, in Hungerford, TX to the late Sanitiago and Catalina Saucedo. Beatrice was raised in the Wharton area. She married Juan Cano, Jr. in 1943 in Wharton. She enjoyed visiting with friends and family and attended St Roberts Church in El Campo. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Henry Cano and numerous siblings. She is survived by her children, Juan Cano III and wife, Kimberly of Wharton, and Robert Cano and wife, Yvonne of Jersey Village, sister, Mary Ortiz of El Campo and Roy Saucedo of Dallas, grandchildren, Juan Cano, IV, Crystal Cano, Bayley and Ashlyn Huddleston, Robert Cano, Jr., Christina Cano, Mark CanoRoss Cano and Josh Cano and several great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Wharton Funeral Home, 515 Boling Highway, Wharton, Texas on Sunday, January 21 after 1 pm. Funeral services will follow at 2pm at the Chapel of Wharton Funeral Home.
