Aline Marie Hutyra

Aline Marie Hutyra, 90, of Wharton passed away at a Needville care center on September 18, 2026. Born on June 26, 1936, in Columbus to the late Ernest and Emma Voitle Klimple.

Aline was raised in Columbus and attended Columbus schools. She married Charlie John Hutyra on October 31, 1953. He preceded her in death on August 16, 2008. Aline enjoyed working at Maynard vegetables, Sterling Vacuum and being a homemaker. She loved going fishing and crabbing, handy crafts, puzzles, and playing games. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Loraine Orsak, Joe Klimple, Lee Klimple, Katie Begeran, Ruby Uherek and brother-in-law Pete Vacek. 

Aline is survived by her loving daughters, Linda Andel and husband, Patrick of Magnet, Brenda Engelhardt of Beasley, and Debra Heckmann and husband Edwin of Beasley, sons, Jimmy Ray Hutyra and wife, Peggy of Wharton and Jerry Hutyra of Littlefield, grandchildren, Shannon Graeber (Darren), Justin Engelhardt (Jenny), Jayme Stage (Erik “Rick”) April Andel Deveraux (Donnae, Sr.) Jasen Andel, Kim Hobbins (Travis), Kristy Reed (Caleb), Jerry Wayne Hutyra, Jr, Krystal Heckmann (Norman Amaya) and Kristen Hutyra, great grandchildren, Madison Duren (Koda), Tyler Ernest, Waylynn and Hayes Engelhardt, Kashton Stage, Brody and Haley Hobbins, Olivia, Noah, Logan Amaya, Claire Bear Reed, Demonte, Alicia, LaRya Ragston, Derrion and LaNieya Stewart, great great grandchildren Coulter and Sutton, Duren, Greyson Cernoch, Kyla Ross, Tyrus and Tylen Edmond. Also survived by sister in law, Della Vacek and numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, after 5 pm at Wharton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 10 a.m., at the chapel of Wharton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Wharton. Serving as pallbearers are Travis Hobbins, Caleb Reed, Joe Wayne Klimple, Justin Engelhardt, Tyler Ernest, Norman Amaya.
